Yes, that is oil preparing fried goodies!If you've caught our skype segment lately on KNWA Today Wednesday mornings then you know I've been out of town for awhile. A couple week ago I skyped from the mountains for Montana and then later from Oregon. It was a great trip and of course it included incredible food thanks to my sister in law and mom.
We had mostly traditional sides for Thanksgiving, but my sister in law also added a couple extras including these corn fritters. You need to try them out. She whipped them out super fast and they were a hit.
